SUMMER!

Hey everyone! It's Summer! And we are busy but also trying to make it a "Lazy" summer too! We kicked off VBS Sunday night and it's been loads of FUN! We're doing the Big Apple Adventure theme and the music is really good.( Doug and I are doing music, of course!) We had over 200 the first night, so God's been good.
Last week Luke lost his first tooth. What is it, graduate from K5 and start growing up??? Then he lost the second one the next day!







I love seeing him smile with those two bottom teeth gone. He was scared to pull the first one, but thought it was pretty funny after it came out and didn't hurt!

We have been trying to stay wet as much as we can with this scorching heat we're having!
The kids have a little pool on the backporch, and we have some friends who graciously let us swim in their pool anytime. So the kids are LOVING IT! ( and they smell like sunscreen all the time!)

While I am typing this the kids are in the pool right outside the window. I look out and see this.....


A certain little somebody got the dish soap that I left out while cleaning the pool and decided to make a bubble bath. I wonder which one did it???!!!
