Easter

Happy Easter! (Well, a little late, I know!) I hope you had a glorious day celebrating the resurrection of our Savior. I'm not much for doing the same thing every holiday that it becomes a tradition, but the kids expect to do the same thing every year! So, I guess we have some Easter traditions.........

The church had a huge party on Saturday. There were moonwalks, games, hotdogs, egg hunts and the Easter bunny. As much fun as all that was, We try to drill in the kids what Easter is really all about. I hope they hide all the things we teach them in their little hearts to help give them the knowledge and understanding of Jesus. Luke is starting to understand more and more about salvation. I'm praying that when God's timing is right Luke will ask Jesus in his heart.
As in tradition, we got all dressed up Sunday morning. Had a big service at church. Then we had lunch with friends. And then finish off the day with our choir's musical. It was really good, a great reminder of what Christ did for us.
I took a ton of pics . Here's just a few.........

( Her silly face!)
