Some of my Favorites

There hasn't been too much to blog about around here lately, which isn't a bad thing. We haven't been doing too much, just staying around the house trying to stay warm! I thought I would share the blogs that I like to read. I have a number I follow, but there are a few that I read every post. First, is a local gal from right here in Dothan. Her name is Darby Stickler.
Her site is Fly Though Our Window. I saw an article on Darby and her family in Wiregrass Christian Magazine about 2 years ago. It gave her blog address and I checked it out. WARNING!! Once you "fly through her window" you'll never come back! I don't think I've missed reading any of her post! She is a super talented and creative person. And really funny!
Our birthdays are only days apart(same year). She also has a 6 yr old, 4 yr old, and a 2 year old.
It's fun to read about someone else's daily joys, struggles, frustrations and humor with kids the same ages as mine. I have ran into her several times in town, but have never had the guts to tell her how much I enjoy her blog( I don't want to come across as a creepy stalker... maybe I am!!!)

Next, is a new blog I came across about a month ago. I am Momma Hear Me Roar is hosted by Cheri. I actually found this one while googling for some craft project. I don't know much about Cheri, except I have never seen someone with two small children do so much. She has some crafty project going on all the time. I don't know how she does it! She shares all her awesome ideas and occasionally has some pretty cool giveaways. Like today, she gave away a Silhouette. ( it's a machine that hooks up to your PC and does vinyl cutouts worth $400) Unfortunately, out of almost 2000 people I didn't win :(

Lastly, is Abby Maddox. Abby's inlaws come to our church. Her husband, Jeremiah, who is a Orthopedic doctor, is doing some special training in Seattle for a year. She is an eloquent writer. Sometimes a little too deep for me! She definitely isn't afraid to pour out all of her heart.
It's neat hearing about all of their adventures in Seattle with their two beautiful girls. Sometimes she will make you cry, like when she talks about losing her mother 3 years ago. I can't imagine not having my mom there for me. My heart goes out to her.

I hope you will click on the links and check these out. I think you will like them!
