Progress

I just got back from my morning walk and remembered I haven't mentioned anything about my exercise/weight lose journey lately. It's been hard to keep the morning exercise going since
school started. I am waking up at 5:45am to walk!!!! But it feels so good after I've done it!
As far as eating, I'm not dieting, that's just not realistic. I am drinking tons of H2O and trying to watch my portion sizes. Since this time last month I have loss, drum roll please........
8.5 lbs !!!! I am about 3 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight with Anleigh (and 45 from my pre-pregnancy weight with Luke!). It's also helps burning 500 calories a day nursing Anleigh! I pray that God will continue to bless my efforts!
