Week 1
Ok , so there's no pics this post just a quick update on that accountability thing I talked about earlier.( you know with exercising) Anyway, I found a great walk/jog workout that's called The Couch to 5K Running Plan I thought it was reasonable for me, so I did week 1. And I actually completed it. I'm so out-of-shape though, I'll probably stay on week 1 for 2 or3 weeks! I really didn't feel like rolling out of bed at 6 this morning and doing it, but I felt so good after doing it. I'm just trying to take it one week at a time. And praying God gives me the patience, energy and endurance to keep going. Thanks for reading folks, have an awesome weekend!!!!!
