Sew Busy!!

The past few weeks I have been in a sewing mood. Sewing comes and goes with me. Usually I get the fever when a new season is coming. A couple of weekends ago we stop at a Hobby Lobby we past going to Doug's parents. I saw this fabric and loved it so I got it, not knowing exactly what I was going to do with it!





I came up with this.....

The bottoms are from the pattern I used to make the outfit below. And the top is a answered prayer!! I made it without a pattern. I first had it way too long, so I shortened it . Then too short! Then I added the ruffle. I was praying the whole time, because I love this fabric and didn't want to waste it. I think it turned out pretty good.

This is a cute pattern that a lady at church shared with me. I seem to be really drawn to brown lately for some reason??
